We have multiple rooms & studios starting July 1st. Rooms vary in price from 350€ to 500€ per month. Reserve Now!

All rooms are completely furnished and include the following amenities:

• Central heating.
• Small kitchen with sink, 2 electric hot plates for cooking, fridge, microwave/grill, coffee machine/Tea boiler, cupboard with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware.
• Single bed with bed spread, pillow (sheets and pillow cover are not included, bring your own), a night table, and a wardrobe.
• Table & chairs.

Studios have private bathrooms. Regular rooms share a bathroom with 2 other tenants.

Minimum 5 month rent. Room occupancy is one person (by order of police), Studios are one or two people.

The bathroom, shared between two rooms consists of wash basin, shower unit, and cupboard. Toilet is in a separate room.

Wireless Internet is available for free.

All charges are included except for a 15 € one time charge for increased cost of gaz, electricity and water. Deposit is 1.5x monthly rent for up to 5 months, 2x monthly rent for over 5 months.

For security reasons it is strictly forbidden to smoke and to burn candles in the house.

Animals are NOT allowed.
